Rapper Jay Z has released the dates to his Magna Carter album world tour, the tour is said to kick off November 30th at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota and end January 31st at Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Pennsylvania. Tickets will go on sale on September 12th at pitchfork.com.
